BOOMBOX, MN FRINGE FESTIVAL
My solo sketch revue, BOOMBOX, was a part of the 2017 Minnesota Fringe Festival. I was responsible for all of the marketing and publicity for the show, and I am proud to say that we had a sold-out run of the show.
The play itself was timed out to a cassette tape which served as other characters, atmosphere, and music. Once I hit play, the show couldn’t stop until the end. This presented some creative marketing opportunities. One of my strategies was using cassette tapes as marketing materials, with the show information on the labels of each tape.
